The era of digital keyboards has long been undermined by a regressed presentation on stage. The Piano Performance Shell redefines the bar of professional aesthetics in a transportable package, fully suitable for road and air travel. Specifically designed to securely integrate with Nord keyboards, all models have the ability to be transformed simply by replacing the end caps with hardware equipped mounts, joining the keyboard and the shell into one unit. Three sizes are available for 61-key, 73-key, and 88-key models with two leg length options for sitting or standing.
Concerts are visual as much as they are audible. As a touring musician, I wanted my originality to stand out, beyond just the music. I built this product out of a desire for myself, knowing that others would find the same appreciation for heightened aesthetics and expedited set up time.

Key Features
There are three sizes available that accommodate 61-key, 73-key, and 88-key Nord keyboards. In order to attach the keyboard to the shell, remove the red end caps and replace with the aluminum end caps specifically designed for your model, which then attach directly to the shell with provided bolts. Interchangeable lids mounted with lift-off weld hinges allow flexibility when changing Nord models within the same key size.
Under the lid, storage for cables and pedals exist behind the keyboard, with velcro tie downs to keep everything secure and organized during travel. During set up, simply drop the cables and pedal down the openings on the underside. You can keep everything plugged in for quick setup and teardown.
There are two leg heights available, one for standing and one for sitting. Both lengths can fit within the removable foam tray, with additional storage for personal items. The legs attach to the threaded plates on the underside simply by rotating.
The Piano Shell dimensions are specifically designed to fit perfectly within the SKB 4719-8 Flight Case (61-key/73-key) and the Gator GTSA-KEY76D (88-key). Flight cases and foam inserts are not required to be included in your purchase, though they will make travel much more convenient.
