Custom made for the specific silverware used at Canlis Restaurant, these blocks of cherry feature CNC grooves that follow their exact contour. Replacing the traditional place setting procedure performed by servers, this approach relies on the interaction of guests, passing the caddies around to each other at the table.
Intended for use with multiple plates and dishes on top, a large perimeter lip ensures safety while carrying items.
